NE and SE Quadrant construction of reinforced concrete double box culvert 1050 linear feet long with 8’ by 9’ openings.This was poured in place including diversion of the existing stream.NE quadrant grading consisted of 800,000 cy cut and fill operation including storm drainage at 30’ depths.
