Roush Racing Design/build engine shop for NASCAR race team including two dynamometer rooms with special exhaust silencers designed and constructed by Gilbert Engineering Company.
Penske Racing Penske Racing, who was familiar with Gilbert's work on Roush's dynamometer room, requested Gilbert to upfit their existing dynamometer room. Gilbert designed and constructed heavy duty exhaust silencers to withstand extended periods of engine testing. Gilbert also sound proofed the room access and provided a new sound-attenuating ventilation system for the same.
