Design and build in two phases: 1)25,000 sf office, warehouse, and dismantling shop including overhead crane and canopies requiring extensive engineering, 2)30,000 sf with 32’ eave height equipment sandblasting and paint shop.Concrete slab floor designed by Gilbert Engineering to support the entire Caterpillar product line with weights up to 75 tons.
This facility won a Best of Buildings Award from Inland Building Systems, Inc.
Gilbert crews work into the night and in this case, all night, to ensure the concrete slab is perfect despite freezing temperatures.
