Forty year relationship beginning with original 35,000 sf foundry building and all expansions/up fits since.Most recent project was a design/build of 25,000 sf, 3 story Grinding Room Facility with poured in place basement walls and structural steel and precast panels on the upper two floors.This building includes an elevator and a sophisticated air handling system.The site required extensive dewatering and presented a challenge to the actual construction of the building.
These are team photos for the Grinding Room facility which was designed and built under a partnering agreement among owners, engineers, architects, subcontractors, vendors and GEC.
